At BAUER, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your gear is safely en route back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
